Site Criteria

Our stores are the perfect complimentary fit for any site location. We work with local architects to customize stores design. We can build from the ground up or remodel an existing operation. GC Coffee will work with landlords or site developers to customize our design to be compatible with any site.

Location Advice: Selection tips for finding the perfect site

The Ideal Drive Thru Site: Will have a lot size of 10,000-24,000 square feet and the ability to build 500-700 square feet for a standalone kiosk.

The Ideal End Cap Site: Will have the ability to build 1,000 to 1,300 square feet, have signage on two major streets, parking to meet all applicable codes, and easily accessible drive-thru.
