Wendy specializes in commercial retail leasing and franchise sales. Her fundamental understanding and decades of experience with acquisitions, retail development, leasing and franchising has helped assist in Gravity’s expansion.

Larry L. Barokas

Mr. Barokas is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. His experience includes a deputy clerkship for the Washington State Supreme Court as well as being a deputy prosecuting attorney for King county. He is a founding member of the firm Barokas, Martin and Tomlinson.
His practice is focused towards complex civil litigation, contract law as well as substantial transactional practice which includes real estate financing, business entity planning and formation. His firm is recognized for providing services involving commercial and real estate transactions, development, design and construction of major projects.

Ms. Christiansen is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. Her experience includes over a decade as an in-house counsel for companies in logistics and freight forwarding, security services, alcoholic beverages, franchise restaurants, and retail, as well as working at the nationally recognized law firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
She has handled all matters arising from managing national real estate portfolios in-house and will be working alongside Mr. Barokas on all Gravity real estate matters.
