How We Pay:

  • We pay at the minimum all City, State, and Federal minimum wages.
  • Employees earn overtime pay (time-and-a-half) for any hours over 40 worked in a given week.
  • We follow the WA State Meal & Rest Break Requirements.
  • We follow the WA State Paid Sick Leave Requirements.
  • Employees are able to view and monitor all payroll records through via their Paychex Flex account available 24/7.
